Work with us

Join a team where growth is expected, boundaries are respected, and you’re valued for who you are and who you’re becoming.

At Novo, we’re not trying to be a family, we’re building a professional, purpose-driven community.

One where expectations are high, support is real, and learning never stops. As part of the WEA co, we’re deliberately developmental: we invest in your growth, every day, and create the conditions for you to do your best work. If you’re ready to make a difference and be part of a team that’s outside the ordinary, we’d love to hear from you.
